Service department exceeds expectations

The service rep saw that I was distressed and just could not have been more kind. He got my vehicle done incredibly fast and made it easy for me to check out. I wish I had remembered to get his name because I would have liked to thank him personally in this survey. Even though I live in Hampton, I already recommend Mechanicsville Toyota to my friends and relatives. First it was because of price, now because of service. As a single woman, follow up service is MORE important than price. My salesman reassured me that i would get the service I was expecting and he was right. Thank you.
