Service Manager Travis went well above-and-beyond to take care of a service problem that originated out-of-state by another dealer. A generic windshield replacement by the selling dealer created problems with the pre-collision system. Travis demonstrated a level of care and commitment that led to getting an original Toyota windshield from a premier windshield service and coordinated payment with the out-of-state selling dealership. This was complete 5-star service when I had not spent a cent in his shop. We will surely have our routine service performed there and will be sure to tell our friends about the extraordinary customer care.
