The ease of scheduling this appointment online, pulling my car up to the service Bay Area, and having the door open, pulling my car in, getting out of the car, not waiting more than 5 minutes to get checked in, and then going to their nice waiting area, with hot coffee cocoa and a snack machine, but I think you had to pay for the snacks :-) :-). The only thing Toyota can't fix, or regulate is how people act in that waiting area. I was appalled by a grown adult having a very loud cell phone conversation with the speaker on, so everyone had to listen to this gentleman's conversation. Toyota has no control over common sense, politeness and outright rude adult Behavior. We wonder why our children act a certain way and Millennials are a certain way, look at how their being raised, very sad. Other adults, actually stepped outside and did not have a full-blown loud conversation indoors. Overall, Toyota service at the Mechanicsville location is top-notch!
