Communication-I feel informed about what is happening and my questions are answered in a timely manner. Time spent at location-I have an appointment, I arrive, they tell me the approximate time that it will take. I am finished within that time frame. Friendliness-I appreciate that I am greeted by all and feel I am important at that moment and get their undivided attention.
