Great pre-owned purchasing experience.

Joe was experienced and not pushy. Since we were looking at a pre-owned vehicle that was not a Toyota, he was not intimately aware of all the features of the car. But what he didn't know, he immediately found the answer to. Overall, he was very patient with a great sense of humor and made the car-buying experience very pleasant.
