Straightforward, honest repoting of issues. I have confidence in the service and sales team. Joe Wilson is an excellent sales rep: friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy. I bought a 2020 Prius from him. Easy process, if a bit long--the sales room was busy on 12/31/19!
