Mike was low pressure, but extremely attentive and knowledgeable about your product line. I would buy another car from him today if I needed one. Please continue to stress to your staff the importance of not being high pressure; it was much appreciated. Also, your business manager was incredibly professional and responsive to my questions; that process was extremely efficient and easy.
