Bought the car there in 99, always had it serviced there except on two occasions when I was out of state. Always prompt, courteous, the service adviser explains everything, gives me an itemized estimate and they are usually within a few percent. When I told them (on several occasions) I had financial difficulties, they prioritized the needed repairs so I could make intelligent decisions on what to repair and what can be postponed. Head and shoulders above other shops I ha experience with.
