Dealership Service Review
When I bought my new car a few years ago I chose another dealership even though Sheehy is closer to my house. It was not just the price, but also a bad impression from the sales department. I prefer not take my car to the dealership but when warranty work is needed I do. So my air conditioner goes out and I make the first appointment for the morning at 8:00. After three hours I ask the "service" adviser for an update. He tells me I'm "next" in line. I was the first appointment of the morning so I was curious as to how that was. He said he does not control what order the mechanics do the work. Then I remembered why I had not been there in over a year. I had made an appointment for an oil change one morning...2 and half hours later they had not even brought my car into the shop and I just left with the car and went to Jiffy Lube. The service department at this dealership is beyond terrible. They are also very aggressive trying to get people to buy "VIP" memberships and perform the "suggested maintenance" packages. They are very very expensive. Way more than the Chevrolet dealership down the road. I would avoid this place unless you have to go for warranty work and don't won't to drive to Browns>
