Dealership Sales Review
I went to Jim McKay last Saturday with a bit of problem. We owned a Suburban that we purchased in 2010 and had been serviced at the dealership for 14 years. Mike Ramey in the Service department has helped me make good decisions about repairs and maintenance for years and I have always felt taken care of and respected as a customer. Recently, our SUV needed extensive repair and we needed to make a good decision. Sam Namman and Damien, the Service Manager, helped us in a way that was unexpected and admirable. We needed help figuring out what would be best for us financially….and they couldn’t have been more forthright and helpful. There was no pressure….just honest answers and advice. In the end, we purchased a new car that met our needs perfectly. I can’t remember that last time I was treated so well at any business! I have always had very good experiences with the service department. Sam, Damien, and Gregory went above and beyond this past week to continue that fine service! Jim McKay has earned my loyalty once again. Thank you all!
