Farrish Subaru

I bring my Subarus here because I trust the work and I value their clear and honest discussions with customers. Unfortunately, I recently had to make two trips because the first time they focused on an obvious problem (the reason I brought the car in) while apparently ignoring my description of a different problem. Driving home, I realized the problem was still there, so had to take it back and this time they found a serious brake problem. Mostly still trust the work, but need to remember to insist on being heard if they don’t ask diagnostic questions. Not everything is revealed by the computer error codes.
