Farrish Subaru

The worst technical service I have ever seen. A few months ago during a routine oil change the technician apparently spilt oil on the engine and terrible smoke and smell was coming from under the hood a few days. I was "enjoying" a horrible burning smell inside the for weeks afterwards. Today I brought my car (Subaru Outback) for a routine oil change and state inspection in the morning. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, so I left. At the end of the day they called me to say the car will not be ready today and will need to stay with them until tomorrow. I had to come and pick it up in the same condition I left it in the morning. The service personnel and their manager did not seem to be very sorry and did not really apologize. I don't think they really care. I have never seen auto-service as poor as this. Will start using another dealership effective tomorrow and will not recommend Farrish of Fairfax to anyone.
