My husband had researched the car thoroughly and went to purchase it. It took quite a while for someone to come out to the lot and we wanted to test drive. The salesman rode with us, so I asked him what were the best features on the car (It was pretty loaded so there were lots). Dead silence. He finally said,"Do you have any questions about the car?" We came back the next to purchase it from him, it took over 35 min. for him to meet with my husband - we had made an appointment. The price was a little over $28k which included freight but not their gross $699 dealer fee. He gave us a price of $26,200, from his research this was a fair price for the car. Even though we started with the price including the delivery charge, when he went into "financing" for well over an hour (he was paying cash) and the price we were quoted did NOT include shipping. They did not quote "apples to apples" - then the big fee which is a ripoff of $699 on top of that. Not good, not fair.
