onWe did not have service issues per se. We had more questions about our new 2015 CRV Honda Touring AWD and wanted to show Chris some items on the car. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He said to email him anytime if we had anymore questions. Chris was knowledgeable, honest, and focused on our concerns. We came all the way from Alexandria, VA during the week and did not want to deal with anyone else. We paid a lot of $$$ for our new car and we want to make sure we understand how the car works. We have not bought a new car since 2006 and now it is like driving a computer. We hope when we have actual service done we will still have a 5x feeling!
