The service I received from Farvez Chowdhury was nothing short of exceptional. He took the time to explain everything the mechanic found during the pre-purchase inspection of a used car that I was going to purchase from a private owner. I felt Farvez was honest and trustworthy which something that seems to be rare and hard to come by these days. He is definitely an asset to the Honda of Chantilly Service Department.
