Dealership Service Review
Tuesday evening after a long, exhausting workday - the last thing I wanted to do is show up at Honda of Chantilly to get an oil change and a state inspection (of course just a day left in the month before the state inspection expires) From the moment I stepped foot into the service center and back to my car after the services were completed, I couldn't have received better customer service from the service consultant Mr. Edwin Fuentes. Just wow! When I showed up at 840pm, I was greeted so openly that I had to check the time on my phone just to mentally clarify how well appreciated I was that late in the evening. Dispute the lengthy time I was given for the services, Mr. Fuentes explained thoroughly why the wait, when it'll be completed, how I can spend my time wisely (and oh so comfortably in the quiet room.) I couldn't have been more psyched about mere oil change. And to top it off, the cleanliness and professionalism of the service center just felt great. I can not wait to revisit this location for future services and refer ALL my Honda owner acquaintances! Keep it up man!
