Honda Of Chantilly

I have been taking my car(s) to the service department at Honda of Chantilly for years and have always received excellent service. I believe their prices are very competitive and the service is first class. Katie Hensley was my service advisor today and was polite, friendly, helpful and, most important to me, honest. Katie informed me of problems arising with my car that was in for service, and I was presented with options to resolve them. I valued her knowledge, opinion and was confident that I was not being hustled to carry out any unnecessary repairs. I will continue to bring all my cars here and request Katie as my service advisor when possible. Thank you, Katie!
