Koons Arlington Toyota

I bought a pre-owned Rav 4 in February and obtained a loan through a 3rd party. It is now July and the third party has not received the title from Toyota, therefore the interest rate on the loan is going up tremendously. I've called Koons 3 times and spoken with the manager every time. Each time I've been assured that the title was sent. It was not and now the time is up. This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE. Additionally, after I took ownership of the car, a part fell out and the service to replace it was really slow. There was a mark on the dashboard that Koons said they would clean up and never did. They also accidentally process the loan through Toyota even though I said not to. I was sorting out that mess and getting bills from two places for a few months. In short, the saleman are lazy and dishonest and the service horrendous in every possible way. Avoid this place at all costs. I am now searching the web to post at every available site with reviews to make sure no one else goes here. It was that bad.
