Koons is ok, but do not work with Shant Y This guy will say anything to sell a car. He lacks attention to detail When I purchased my Prius he forgot to make sure my inspection sticker was on there and I almost got a ticket a few days later. He has a very misogynistic attitude towards women and tries to turn on his charm and flirt his way through a sale. He is all about saying whatever you want to hear...but his follow through is very weak. Find someone more professional.
