As a female, I tend to get the run-around and higher quotes at car dealerships, but I had the refreshing experience of working with a female sales representative, Caitlin Hyde, at Doug Smith Subaru. Caitlin gave me honest quotes and answers. She respected the knowledge and research I did, and didn't treat me inferior or try to mansplain like so many male sales reps do. Caitlin kept me up-to-date on my vehicle order, and was all-around a pleasure to work with. I will be going back to Doug Smith Subaru for my next Subaru!
