My car buying experience with the Doug Smith Subaru dealership is the best I have ever had. Our sales consultant was Jon B. Jon is by far the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure to know. My wife was interested in looking at a Subaru Impreza. Jon was gracious and informative as we talked about the features of the Impreza. When we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately welcomed by Jon. When we decided to purchase the Impreza, I was amazed regarding the short period of time it took--from the moment we stepped into the dealership, to the time we left with our new car. During our visit we were introduced to William J. H, (the manager who arranged our financing), who showed genuine interest regarding our needs. Jon also introduced us to the manager of the service department. Jon took the time to set-up my wife's iPhone to her new Impreza's communications system. Jon listened to us. The Doug Smith dealership truly made us feel like family with our purchase. The Doug Smith dealership has followed up with phone calls, and e-mails concerning our sales experience, service experience and other matters--ensuring we receive the best (and I mean the best) customer service. It is the excellent customer service that separates Doug Smith Subaru from all other car dealerships I have dealt with. I felt we could trust the people we were dealing with. I felt so good about my experience, that I took both of my sons to Doug Smith and they purchased Subaru Impreza's also. And I hope to return to Doug Smith Subaru to purchase my own vehicle. I have recommended Doug Smith Subaru to other family members and friends, without hesitation.
