Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake

Purchased a C300 this weekend for the wife and found the sales staff very easy to work with. We felt no pressure to purchase and were able to complete the transaction quickly. After taking the car home I discovered a large scratch on the underside of the front bumper. I contacted my sales person and he advised to bring the car back so that they could look at the damage. I was worried that there would be a problem or that they would think we had damaged the car. After a tense discussion on how the damage was missed on their 160 point inspection before we took the car home the dealership agreed to repair the damage. I believe that trust in a dealership to do the right thing is a very important quality to have. At this point I have complete trust that Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake has earned that trust by handling this issue in a professional manner. I look forward to doing business with them in the future
