Dealership Sales Review
The car is great! The interior is amazing and it drives outstanding. It is a wonderful car! I didn’t feel that the sales professional was upfront with me during the purchasing process. I agreed to purchase the vehicle in advance, so my trade in value was given to me at the time of purchase. We agreed on the price and I “believed” we agreed on the trade in value as well. That was not the case. When the car arrived they asked me to submit information on my trade in. I told them we had already appraised and had a trade in value. At that point they told me that the trade in values are not agreed on in advance therefore had to be reappraised. In approximately 2 months the trade in value from the dealership dropped almost $3000. They should have been upfront with all the facts. This would not have impacted the purchase but I would have known all the facts. I did not appreciate them changing their approach at the end and being forthright about the trade in value. So the agreement we signed was really one sided in advance, the dealer got their end of the agreement but my end changed significantly. Other than that issue, everyone including the salesperson was great and friendly. The finance person, Allen, did an outstanding job and was very friendly and professional and almost sold me a G Wagon while we finished the paperwork!!!
