Honesty and integrity at it's best

I appreciate this service department for their honesty. My oil change was free with my points, but I had requested they rotate my tires. After leaving the dealership and arriving home, I received a call from the Service Depart apologizing and informing me that my tire rotation had not been done. There was a lack of communication when the repair specialist who started working on my car became ill and had to leave. In today's society where honesty is lacking in so many businesses, this was refreshing.
