Gabriel Rodriguez, my service advisor, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. The quote arrived on time; they even included a video showing the location of the defect and describing how to fix it. I highly recommend using BMW of the Woodlands through Gabriel (Service Advisor) for all your X3 needs.
