Just didn’t do what they said they would do.

onI bought a used Lexus and the salesman told me it had two key fobs but the previous owner still had one of them. He said he would get if for us. Days turned into weeks and we still don’t have the second key fob. Now the salesman says used cars only come with one fob. That’s not what I was told when I was buying the car. Not sure why he would tell me one thing and weeks later tell me something totally different. If he had told me when I was buying the car I would have accepted it but nobody likes being mislead. I am very disappointed that such a nice upscale dealership would do something like this. It’s not hard to be honest.
