Jim Bass Ford Lincoln
Dealership Service Review
Had prior appointment set for Quick Lane to get oil change and safety inspection for 9:30 am they didn’t move our truck for 45 minutes then lifted the hood and put it on the rack. For at least another 10-15 minutes no one was observed anywhere near the truck. We had an errand to run to Midland that morning afterwards. Expected to be at dealership an hour. When we inquired about the status we were told that it would get done when it got done. We then asked for a courtesy ride back home to retrieve our other vehicle for our trip to Midland. The service rider employees were rude and sarcastic towards my husband. Told us to go up front if we had a problem. That things were just that way back there. It was a Saturday. My husband only found salesmen up front and they were not much help; Once we stated we would never be back and would never buy a vehicle from Jim Bass again. The Quick Lane girl apologized for the delays. As soon as we got back to our home only 3 miles away we received a phone call that the truck was “magically “ ready for pickup. Very interesting timing. Please call if you have any further questions due to this being a brief description of what happened. [contact info removed] Mike Shorter
