My wife and I were in the market for a low mileage suv/crossover. I made an inquiry on line about a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. A member of the sales staff/Ricky Santillan contacted me via phone. Upon arriving at the dealership Ricky showed us several different used vehicles of different makes and models that met our requirements. Ricky never pressured us and he was very knowledgeable of every vehicle we looked at over a period of two days. We eventually found a vehicle we liked and made the purchase. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had.
