Dealership Service Review
Had a tire that blew with only 8600 miles and my Rogue is only 6 months old. Unfortunately, I did not have the road hazard protection, but my husband was told that it would be covered under a 12 month warranty. An hour later, they called and changed their minds to tell us we would have to pay for the tire out of pocket. I needed the tire, so I told him I would bring my car to get the new one put on that afternoon. When I arrived, they told me it would be about 30 minutes. It was over an hour before I finally left. I’ve been using this dealership Service department for several years without an issue. All of a sudden it feels like nobody knows what they’re doing, The customer service has declined. I’m very, very disappointed. We originally started coming to the Round Rock location for my husband’s Armada quite a few years ago over Austin, because that’s how good they were. . In fact, we were so impressed, that within a year of coming to them, we traded my Hyundai in for a Nissan. Six months ago, I was in a severe accident with my Rogue, and that car saved my life. I bought another to replace it because I’ve been so happy with the car, and the service department. I will now be looking for another Nissan service location for my needs in the future.
