Very nice experience

The very nice experience that I have come to expect from Reliable. One thing you might look at is the time it takes to first come in contact with a service agent. My son and I drove up behind a truck. While the agent help the customer in front of us, we waited. Oddly looking at 2-3 gentleman behind the glass wall looking back at us. About 5 minutes pass and the agent helping the truck in front of us asked if we had been helped. He took care of us extremely well from there. Beyond that, it was the superb service we have always received from Reliable for all 6 of the vehicles we have purchased from you.
