Took in my 2015 silverado for the 2nd oIL change and tire rotation. Drove in the service department and someone meet me before I could get out of the truck. Dropped off the truck and they called before lunch. During my lunch break I went back and got it and they told me it was included when I bought the truck. Very easy and painless process. I would recommend you use this service department and dealership.
