I had a very friendly and courteous service rep that informed me that Herb's auto repair do not completely do all the necessary repairs after my car was hit on the driver's side. This affected doing the front end alignment and the rep gave me a quote of how much extra repair work needs to be done. I appreciated Reliable being honest with me about my car not being properly repaired by Herb's after my auto accident.
