I had an issue with the seat heaters and other issues on my 2014 Silverado, Bill M. greeted me as I exited my truck, asked how it was going, listen to my various concerns about the vehicles performance, took me back to the office, entered my concerns, printed out the work request, reviewed it with me to insure that all of my concerns were addressed and nothing had been lost in translation. He made arrangements to provide me with a loaner vehicle and later contacted me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. He reviewed the status and actions associated with all item listed on my work request. All things considered it was a painless, great experience.
