The service man had the wheel come off while they were test driving the replaced ABS unit that they installed and it took over 3 weeks to get my car back. Didn't offer to tell me what they had to repair in the body shop until I asked , and invoiced me higher then what they quoted. Service Manager, Brad Kelly was very poorly trained as how to run a service department.
