Josh was assigned to us by the GM and he doesn't even work in used cars and that is what we were looking for. He was exceptional. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us those cars. We drove it and made a decision to purchase. He didn't try to steer me to something more expensive and waste my time. We had already experienced that at another dealership. I appreciate how professional he was and treated my daughter as the intelligent person she is and included her in the conversations since the car was for her. I really can't say enough good things about him. If I purchase another car in the future or know someone who is I will recommend Josh. He arranged for her to bring her car back on Saturday to have it detailed. He met her at the door when she arrived. We really felt like we got the VIP treatment. Everything he promised he has carried through. We are waiting to have the hail damage repaired and I expect to have a good experience with that too. Thanks to Josh we appreciate your help.
