I was quite frustrated when I first took possession of my 2013 Enclave due to problems with syncing my phone to the car. However, everyone at Ewing, from the front end of Andres, Michael, Suzanne & Randy to the back end service guys, Ben & Tim, were all extremely patient and diligent in trying to resolve my problem. It turned out the problem totally had to do with MY phone and NOTHING to do with Buick or Ewing, but they never quit trying to help or lost patience with me. I also have to compliment the corporate GM representative, Brandon, that happened to be at Ewing that day for his help too. He also took a personal interest in trying to solve the problem getting the Detroit technology person on the phone to offer advice. I have never experienced better personalized service anywhere - and I mean anywhere, not just other car dealers. This dealership deserves top accolades and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to Ewing Buick/GMC.
