I’ve been coming to Audi Plano for service since 2018 and have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. James Merriman was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the service needed for my car as well as upcoming service and maintenance. He had a packed schedule but still managed to take the time to walk me through all details and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend James.
