Audi Plano nightmare experience

Miss leading information and run around experience. Its been two weeks and I still yet to receive my purchase sales paperwork. I call dealership to speak to management and no ownership. This is by far the worse experience I have gone through. This dealer absolutely does not care to resolve customer questions or concerns. I am seeking a resolution. I will file ligation next as I have no other means.
