Not doing what you say you promised me

I had a problem with the tires was low. And the manager and the sales guy told me that they were getting four new ones all I had to do was come back and they will have them ordered well when returning they said they did not seem to have to buy one or the car was sold as his but you did say that you was going to give me four new cars I should have got it in writing
