Would have picked 0 stars but that wasn’t an option

onAfter spending $4000 on repairs we were told there would be an additional fee for using a credit card. This was only communicated to us when we were there to pick up the vehicle. We weren’t told this when we dropped the vehicle off, in any of the estimates we received or in any texts or emails during the process. When we complained the service advisor suggested that we use a debit card, write a check or go to our bank and get cash, none of which were options as we live an hour away from the dealership. Called the service manager to discuss this but have not received a call back. Needless to say we will not be using ValMark again.
