Worst customer service by Shelby and mechanic I do t has a clue or he’s just lazy. It took two months find the problem was a spark plug that was only after I was charged 12,000 and then 1600 for break pad and to resurface my rotor. I later found out I did not get break pad or rotors resurfaced. I went to get my 1600 back and was only given back 400. I reported the mechanic to the attorney general and the department of transportation. I felt like he was taking advantage of women or either he’s just that full of himself. His labor is more than the repairs that he didnt repair for me. I went to two other mechanics one was a locator repair shop and the one was a dealership. I was told at places I didn’t receive the work I was charged for and both told me to report him. So I did

Dealer Response
I appreciate you taking time to send in your comments but I feel that I need to clarify some of your statements. Your vehicle did not have a spark plug issue. Your transmission went out and you paid $7998.57 on the repair order that included replacing your transmission. We worked on your transmission 2 additional times but those repairs were covered by the transmission warranty. I am not sure where you are getting the amount of $12,000. In October, we resurfaced your brakes. The brake pads did not have to be replaced at that time. If they needed replacement then we would have suggested that repair and charged you for the repair if you wanted it to be done. Your ticket was $1600 in October because you had the rear axle seals replaced. We refunded you the amount you paid for the brake resurfacing even though we performed the service. You recently had your hubs replaced. The breakdown of the hubs is most likely what caused the brake pads needing to be recently replaced. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss further. Valerie Bowen Dealer ValMark Chevrolet
