Valmark Chevrolet

While visiting the New Braunfels I was involved in a vehicle accident and took my Silverado into Valmark for repairs. The collision repair department found that the frame had been bent. I realized that even after repairs it was going to leave me with a truck I no longer wanted. . Because it was the holiday sale season I sought out the sales department. Chris Young and Don Nicolay were very helpful. Chris arranged for an as is sale of my old truck and Don went to work to find us a new Silverado with nearly identical features to my 2015. They even arranged for my bed cover to be removed and installed on my new truck. Overall a great experience, good price, great turnaround time and excellent people to work with. My only complaint is that when I bought my 2015, Chevrolet gave me four free oil changes and the On Star RemoteLink was free. Now it is only one oil change and I understand that after a trial period (like the Sirius radio) the RemoteLink is a pay convenience. So no kudos to Chevrolet for more take-aways.
