Valmark Chevrolet

I ordered a vehicle months ago, went in and revieed my order with the sales guy to confirm everything was correct and when my order arrived I was the one that noticed features were missing. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to reorder. I have a baby on the way so that's not an option for me. Plus interest rates from GM doubld since we ordered. Not only that, the financing guy messed up when he set everything up and had to run our credit a second time and change us from GM to Capital one to keep our rebate. The attention to detail is extremely disappointing. I am honestly sick over the whole experience.
