Tipton Ford Lincoln

The service team at Tipton was awesome. My car broke down on Monday afternoon about 4:00 in Lufkin I called Justin at Tipton, he immediately called the wrecker service to pick me up, bring me to Nacogdoches and he arranged for me to get a rental until my car was fixed. I really appreciate the time and effort Justin took to make sure I was taken care of. Then on Friday when my car was ready, Justin called to tell me I could pick it up, but I had just got word that my sister had passed away. So, Justin kindly offered his condolences and told me to go home and take care of my family and we'd arrange to pick the car up on a later date.
