Good customer service advisor - unsure about the mechanics

I had an issue and was told it would be a quick fix. The mechanic couldn't figure out how to make the sensors work properly so we had to drop the car off another day to let them figure out how to make the sensors work. Two visits or one and a half days for what I was told was a simple part to replace.
