McKinney Buick GMC

I was hearing an unusual sound from my truck’s engine compartment and needed help identifying and resolving it. I took it to another certified service department (Reliable Chevrolet) first and they had no success. After 2 days with it they told me they fixed it but after I got it back the noise was still present. I decided to bring it to McKinney Buick GMC to get a different set of eyes on it. Not only did they correctly diagnose the problem but they resolved it within 3 days AND they gave me a very nice and clean loaner vehicle to use while they had my truck (Reliable didn’t offer that option at all). My service coordinator was friendly and stayed in communication with me throughout the process and the whole process from beginning to end was truly excellent!
