Took my truck in for some overdue regular maintenance and was greeted promptly. My truck was completed ahead of the targeted time and they performed some maintenance that I didn't have on my list, but covered the cost due to what they felt was an important oversight on my part. That is all you can really ask of a service department, will definitely go back and refer friends.
