My first visit to this dealership & I was very pleased with the service. I was greeted right away from friendly employees. I needed an oil change & to have my security shade installed. The waiting room with very comfortable & each employee walking by greeted the customers. This level of customer service is rare these days. When my car was ready I was pleased to know that the security shade was installed at no charge. You've just earned my future business & when I'm ready for a new car, I will definitely come to McKinney Buick GMC. I've worked over 40 years in customer service & I know what it takes keep a customer happy, McKinney Buick & GMC knows how to treat customers & future buyers.
