On a couple of visits for out-of-warranty isues I found the dealership not customer friendly or responsive. Specifically, on a door lock issue, the writer came back with a 'fix' that basically was to replace the entire masterdoor switch ($350 parts & Labor). However, the writer continued to then say this was just a "starting point" to see if issue would resolve with NO guarantee. This was AFTER paying a $59 "Diagnostic Fee". Not havig a very fuzzy feeling about where this might end, I found another source to replace the master door switch (with same new part # from Honda). Surprise! That did NOT fix the problem. Now, I'm seeking another place to diagnose and fix as I will NOT give my money to THIS dealer.
