Dealership Sales Review
Company has a nice selection of vehicles and prices are reasonable. The service, follow through, and support are what caused this score. We purchased a brand new Ford 350 from them, and are still dealing with problems from the sale. We have to call back daily to follow up on things promised as part of the sale. Our temp plate expires the end of the month, but can’t get any answers as to why a plate has not been ordered. They blame their third party vendor, and backlog. We had asked for our plate to be transferred to the new truck, but because they use third party they couldn’t do that, so we had to pay more for the new plate we are still waiting on. We ordered a new cover for the back and paid for it the day of the purchase. Still waiting a month later. We asked for the carpet mats to be replaced as part of the deal with rubber as we have dogs. It was never done and the salesman said don’t worry I talked to my boss and we will just throw those in. Now they don’t remember the conversation and we still don’t have rubber mats. Our new vehicle was never detailed at all, still has manufacturer stickers all over it. Overall horrible customer service. Make sure everything is in writing and done with set dates before you leave this place.
